Hi there
👋
Nice to meet you!

I'm Lucy, and I'm a physiotherapist turned UX Designer based in Melbourne. My unique perspective in UX Design comes from collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals and patients, fostering skills like empathy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. My passion for psychology, research, and design ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in UX Design.
With a background working in the health industry, creative agencies, and start-up environments, I'm a highly adaptable and quick learner. In my role, I work closely with stakeholders and clients to optimise user experiences and digital design. I've conducted user research, created intuitive information architectures, developed wireframes and prototypes, and conducted usability testing to ensure that digital products and interfaces not only meet user expectations, but also drive positive outcomes and conversions.
My approach to design is to always place the end user at the centre of every decision, to be empathetic, thoughtful, inclusive, and meaningful. With a go-getter attitude and curious mind, I am always trying to learn new things that can allow me to create solutions that have a positive impact on the human experience.
